I've just bought a NEO3 and booted it with an SD card flashed from rk3328-sd-friendlywrt-22.03-20230109. It gets an IP address via DHCP and it responds to ICMP but I cannot access by SSH nor HTTP. Nmap does not find any open ports. I've waited several minutes for it to finish initializing and rebooted a couple times. This is the first time I've used this device and I don't have a serial cable. Am I correct that this is supposed to listen on ports 22 and 80 by default?

Yes, the device should accept SSH connections on port 22 by default after flashing FriendlyWRT. If not, you’re probably facing either firewall, boot issues, or network misconfiguration.
