CM3588 NAS M.2 Slot Defective

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

After receiving my board and powering it up, all but the top M.2 slot were functional. I installed 4 identical SSDs and 3 out of the 4 were recognized. Thinking it might be a bad module, I swapped a known good SSD into the slot and it still is not recognized. Dmesg and lspci don't seem to indicate a software issue. Any ideas for testing the slot itself?
Check BIOS settings for M.2 slot configuration, disable fast boot/secure boot, clear CMOS. If issue persists, contact motherboard support for potential slot replacement or RMA that's not my neighbor
i think you have done all the testing you could have

maybe see if the slot itself has bent pins or looks damaged?
